How to make this kind of text animation?
I want to make text to look like its made with chalk or pencil and in the same time I want it to animate like in Miss Mary Mack (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nc7B6tk60eI) or Where Are Ü Now videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nntGTK2Fhb0). For example click 2:34 of Miss Mary Mack where Lil Wayne says “… rehab” and look at text effect. Also I like those blinking things around rappers in that video. I was searching for tutorials on Youtube but couldn`t find anything (or maybe I was searching wrong). Maybe someone could give me some hints?

The first video looks like Adobe After Effects work to me; the second could be AE, but since the animations simply appear rather than move it could be Photoshop work saved as .png so everything “unwritten” on is still transparent. Either way, both of those techniques are fairly tedious/time intensive to create. I’m not an animator, so there may be software that’s designed to do it quickly.
