How to make my video to look like somebody was looking through (still-camera) viewfinder
I need some shots to look like somebody is looking through (still camera) viewfinder (something like this: https://www.outthereimages.com/images/Viewfinder_Grid2.jpg) and when the unseen person (behind the camera) sees something interesting he will make a photo and the image will freeze.
Please could you provide me a step-by-step workflow for this scenario (for somebody who knows only Premiere basics)?I will probably use something like this?

If you are using that shutterstock image, since it is black and white, all you need to do is place it on top of your other footage. Now when you first do this, you will only see the black and white image, but if you go into the opacity tab in the effects controls and change it to multiply, it will get rid of the white.
