How to make my logos look like a pin?
I have my logos and i want them to look like this
The cool light reflection, the edges, I just love it. How can i do it? I already put them in a circle….hehe

You really only need apply some layers style of inner shadow, inner glow and bevel/emboss to get the rounded edges. After that there are a variety of techniques to get the highlight over the center. The link below should explain the rest:
