How to make glitch rings
(This is my first post)
I have used AE for my main editor, and I came across something I needed.
I was wondering how to remake something like the following image in AE: https://derpcast.net/snap/pic090115204317.png
I would like to know what would be the easiest way of replicating something that looks like that. -

Lots of shape layers and repeaters, with glow added.
Andrew Devis has created a lot of tutorials on Shape Layers. That would be a good place to start if you aren’t familiar with all of the properties.
