  • how to make a shadow looks like a 3d extrusion?

I would like to know how to make the effect of the attached image. It would be nice to do it in a text layer. It’s like a 3d extrusion, but very marked and with feather. It would be nice also if the effects applied stays keyable.

Somebody can help me with any idea?.

    Thank you very much

You could do this in AE by making 3d text fly towards the camera with Echo.
Or, if you have CC, you could make it in 3d this way using Cinema4D Lite
