How to make a picture pop out?
How to make a picture pop out in video clip? I have a video segment with the has a still background with faces on them. I was wondering to do you go about making one of the faces enlarge or stand out from the other faces as i talk about that certain person then shrink back to original size afterwards?

Your best bet is to export a frame of that still and pull it into Photoshop.
There you have precise tools to isolate sections of that still and put them on their own layers.
You can then pull the Photoshop layered still back to PPro and retain the layers.
then you can use the effects controls to perform scale and position on the isolation layers as needed.
AE will give even greater control if you have access to it…
but PPro and Photoshop combo is passable.

I have access to whatever is needed, I have Adobe Master Suite CS 5.5. Is there a tutorial that can guide me step by step? I do have both photoshop and aftereffects.
