How to make a light or spotlight shine behind my body?
I recorded myself standing and then I imported the video to Sony Vegas Pro but I do not know how to make a background shine or spotlight shining at the back of my body but not visible in front of my body?

It is fairly simple. You put a light behind your body when you shoot the video.

Cut out the Clip you want the Spotlight in, than Make a Lens Flare from the Video effects. Make sure you have the brightness as much as you want it. Than when your good with the Flare draw a mask around your actor and Put the lens flare behind the mask!
