How to make 2 Stencil Alpha text layers visible at the same time?
I am trying to animate 2 different pieces of text in the Stencil Alpha mode at the same time.
At present the top layer always blocks out the layer below meaning that I can only have one piece of text visible at a time.
How can I make them work at the same time without blocking each other out?

There are multiple ways of doing it:
-Place your two layers of text in one group. Add the Stencil LUma blend mode to the group and then it will effect both layers of white text
-Place white text in group with element that will take on the text. Add Stencil Luma to text. Make sure groups blend mode is set to Normal. Repeat process for second set of text with different footage that will take on the text’s shape.

Thanks for your response, but I don’t understand.I am trying to Stencil Alpha the text.
They are already in the same group and I have tried the group set to “Normal”, “Pass through” etc.I have tried loads of things, but still can;t get the text to show at the same time.

Take a look at this image. The two text layers are in a group. The group is set to stencil Alpha blend mode. The texture layer is not in that group.
