sounds like too much noise reduction or de-reverb settings too high. you’re getting artifacts. check on ‘only hear noise’ and you shouldn’t hear any dialogue. it’s better to have noise than chirpyness. I use light settings reductions by -6db, not 100% and start big FFT passes, then each consecutive pass has smaller and smaller FTT sizes. several lights passes can be better than one hard pass. once you hear your own voice with “only hear noise”, back off one pass. you’ve gone too far.

Thanks Chris. I used the de-reverb on 45%.

So are you saying to use it several times on the effects rack?

    And what’s an FFT pass?

    Fast Fourier Transformation

I apply it in the ui myself. you can use effects rack, but its a situation where you kinda need to look the graphical menu like I said and use ‘hear noise only’.

    Cool, thanks.

So you apply it to the wav file as a destructive filter rather than in the effects rack? Is that what you mean by UI?

you can put it in effects rack, but you’d have to open the sliders ui window and tweak it a bunch. I basically do this so I can tweak while listening in real-time.

What do you mean by the sliders IU window? I’m still not very familiar with Audition.
