  how to import BPAV as proress 422

  I just shot an hours worth of video with an ex1. I am using fcp 7.01 and the sony plug in. I want to be able to convert the mov files that are generated to ProRess422. I have changed the audio video setting to ProRess422 and deleted the first sequences and create a new sequence which is ProRess422.

  The clips are still coming in as xdcam. the sequence setting will be changed to xdcam when I tied to put them on the time line.

  what is the best way to import these clips as ProRess422.

  I think I have to you use media manager to re compress them to ProRess422
