I have a 5 frame space between one cut and the next, I want shot B to hold its first frame for 5 frames and then the animation can continue like normal. Can anyone suggest how I can do this without having to cut out the first frame as a tiff and using it to fill the gap?

    Just cut the first frame
    Right click and Hold Frame
Use strecht tool to fill gap.
