https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/54/860829#860833This works fine when i do it with muslin (cotton) but doesn’t seem to get rid of all the wrinkles with polyester material
like my green screen from trevira CS material.Do you also use this technique on polyester green screens?
Thanx in front

August 23, 2017 at 4:56 amSorry, Lenny…. I’m not a fabrics guy by any stretch, and honestly don’t know what any of our backdrops, cycs, chroma screens, or other textiles are made of [shrug]… so unfortunately I’ll have to plead ignorance.
Steaming and wrinkle sprays are not only the things we do, but they are the only things I even know of (barring ironing, which i assume is not practical).
Maybe someone smarter can chime in. Or you might contact Trevira to see if they have any manufacturer’s recommendations.

August 31, 2017 at 3:23 pmYou may have to put a little mechanical stress on the fibers by stretching as you steam them. I read somewhere the heat limit on this material is 60 degrees centigrade.
