How to get the best audio and raw image qualiy for YouTube
Dear Creative ????s,
I am planing on doing some YouTube videos with still images from my DSLR.
The images are Raw and I want to add stereo audio files to it.The most important thing for me is that the audio has the best possible quality.
And of course I want my pictures to look great.What project settings should I use and what settings should I use to export?
I appreciate any ideas. Thanks for your help!

You should develop the pics in your favorite program (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc). Use an NLE like FCPX, or Pr, or whatever you have to add music and time your pics to music. Use a 4K timeline if your pictures have the pixels. YouTube will letterbox any non standard video aspect ratios, so keep that in mind. Your pictures won’t be 16:9.
If you add high quality audio, you can export high quality audio. YouTube will inevitably transcode it to something streamable, so you will be at the mercy of the Google servers at that point.

My pictures are NEF and if I open them in Photoshop it offers 8 Bit, 3872 x 2592 (1,0 MP), 240 ppi as a standard option. But I don’t know how to determine the actual size.
