How to get solid particle trail without CPT
I believe this has been asked before but have yet to find the answer on any forum. I realize that this effect

Was achieved using this now mythical plugin called “Core Particle Tools”. I don’t know much about this plugin at this point other then it is no longer available. Is there any way that thinking particles has the ability to create a similar trail? The thing that most appeals to me is that the trail is a solid form. Not a series of particle spheres. Is there any other way of now creating this effect? -

It can be done with MoGraph’s tracer object.
