As I understand your questions, you want to put specular reflection from a specially-designed light on the sunglass lenses of the singer, and you want to keep your own reflection out of those glasses.
Three techniques can help with reflection avoidance. One is to shoot at an angle instead of 90 degrees head-on. The other would be to shoot from a distance, and/or from behind a black sheet of cloth with a lens hole cut in it.
As far as the star-shaped lights, that looks uncomplicated to make, using DIY tools. You can also fake it by making a star-shaped mask over a stretched frame and shining a conventional spotlight thru it.
