  • How to get a MJPEG?

I just got this new Pandigital Panimage digital picture frame that plays .avi videos. I’m just learning they need to be motion jpeg videos. How in the world do I convert my videos to that format? I don’t see a render option for that.

I have Vegas Movie Studio 10 and a trail version of Pro 11.

After googling for answer I downloaded MJ Pegger to convert my .avi to this MJPEG, but it says it could not find the codec.

I don’t know anything about codecs. Can I install a codec free and not have it mess up my computer?

Or any other suggestions would be great!!

I thought I had it. I rendered to .avi and changed the video format to “Cinepak Codec by Radius.” But the picture frame only plays a split second.

I was able to get an mjpeg through AVS converter. It’s a trial version so they put their watermark on the coverted avi.

Also had to resize to 352 x 240.
