    Hello,

I desperately need to be able to send a premiere pro cs5.5 project so it can be opened in final cut pro 7. How is it done?

My pro project contains original movs,f4vs and a aiff file. My plan is to convert the movs to apple pro res 422 and don’t know what to do with the f4vs as they can’t be opened in fcp7. Then i planned to export a xml and send the xml and all files to the other computer which has fcp7 but as I say the I can’t convert the f4vs to prores because I need fcp on my computer and I don’t have it on my computer. WHAT CAN I DOOOOOOOO??????

My pro project settings are below and the plan is currently open a apple pro res project in fcp7 and import the xml but how can i make this work?

Please please help this has been going on for a while now and I just want to sort it.

    Pro project settings

The project files I used in Pro are-
    Editing Mode: DSLR,

    frame size 1920 x 1080, vertical 16:9,
Pixel Aspect Ratio, Square Pixels (1.0)
    Fields : No Fields(Progressive Scan)
    Sample Rate 48000,
    Video Previews-
Preview File Format I-Frame Only Mpeg
    Codec Mpeg I-frame
