How to export AVI using H.264 codec
Is there any way of doing that, using portfolio of Adobe programs? Or in any other way using free software?

I have to ask… why on earth would you ever want to do that? mp4 is cross platform plays on both Mac and Win. I see no reason to ever consider doing an AVI h264, unless you are doing some kind of DIVX or XVID file. Search for those converters, but watch out for viruses.
