  How to export a video for Streaming ?

  Hi,

  I feel so stupid with this question, but I’m not sure how to export a video so that it will play from my http server (on my website) as soon as possible before having fully loaded ? The html part is done properly, but I’m asking about the encoding of the video itself.

  Is this automatic by default ? I thought there were some settings to be done for streaming.

  I’m on Mac, exporting from Premiere, but I can also use Quicktime 7 which seems to have some streaming settings but I’m not sure how to set them up.

  Currently, the video is set to autoplay on my website but appears not to autoplay because it’s waiting to have fully loaded before playing.
