How to enable F9 to F12 Shortcut on new aluminum keyboard?
Hi everyone!
I just got snow leopard and FCS3 on new intel. In FCP7.0.1, I try to use the shortcut F9 to F12, but it doesn’t work on new aluminum keyboard, which designed F10 to F12 as volume control.
Yes, I tried Apple>system preference>Expose & Spaces and Keyboard, unchecked F9 to F12 function. It doesn’t disable. In FCP 7, it still does volume mute, up, down.
So, my solution is to just get my G5 era keyboard?

In the KEYBOARD system pref, check the box USE ALL F1, F2, etc. KEYS AS STANDARD FUNCTION KEYS.
