Can someone point me in the right direction?
I recorded video, but then decided that I didn’t like part of it and deleted several seconds. I want to keep the sound, however and need to fill that empty video space. Simply taking the last frame before the blanked out video and filling the space with that would be fine. Can you tell me how?
I tried copy and paste, but that doesn’t really work in a straight forward or obvious manner.

When I do this, I take a screen grab of the very last frame and insert it in. Click the little disk icon on the top of your video preview to create the .jpg.

Make sure to set the Preview window to Best/Full before you do the screen grab.
