  • How to Draw (or add) a Highlight Circle?

It’s not really a highlight. What I’m referring to is the circle that instructors use to show you where the action is: for instance, let’s say the teacher wants you to focus on a tiny moving horse – A CIRCLE WILL THEN BE DRAWN/PAINTED/ANIMATED AROUND THE MOVING HORSE so that it gets your attention.

Is there a shortcut to this? Or do you paint a circle with the record button, etc?

Thanks so much for your brains and time.

I just make the circle in photoshop then animate a mask to draw it on. There are many apps with dtroke recorders though. Aura was the best.
