    It’s a dip to color, and the color used is white. You’ll find the transition in the effects menu in the video transitions. Make it short, say 3-5 frames in duration or so.

    thanks for your help! i tried the “dip to color ” but my effect is not like the one on youtube video.. do you think i should speed up the clip before applying the dip to color?

    There is also a speed ramp in the clip that goes with the dip to color. The effect gets really annoying very quickly so I wouldn’t overuse it like this clip does.

    Try Googling “too much too soon flashframe plugin”. It’s free, works great (for what your tryin to do, you’ll wanna make it 10 frames or less), an I use it quite a bit
