    Looking for this “dip to glow” effect which are used in lots of american realityshows. Here is an example

    Any 3dparty plugins which can do this ?

    Anders,

    There are several different “glow” effects in there, but looks like Eureka! FlashCross was used a lot. It’s probably the cheapest solution.

    This is for After Effects, but the same general ideas and filters apply in FCP:

    Since FCP does not have adjustment layers, put the filters on the clips themselves.

    Eureka looks like they are out of business. I need a quick an easy solution to make alot of these dissolves and have been searching some more. Looks like Nattress might have a solution with their film effects.

    It’s a combo of levels and blur. It’s easy and free.

    Eureka is still very much in business… I think they create some of the least “cheesy” effects out there, and they do the one you want well too…
