How to divide a spline
How can I divide a spline into a arbitary number of points while keeping its shape? I want to select a spline and set the number to say 16, press ok and get it divided into 16 points with equal distance between the points. (I know that I can do it manually.)

you can use the Subdivide command but the number you type in (if you use in dialog mode) is the number of points between each selected (or all if none are selected) point not the number of subdivisions overall. If used in default-non-dialog mode you get one point between points. All evenly spaced either way.
