This was a thread in the HDV forum… maybe its better posted here? Anyone know how to get this done? Its a bit of a nightmare, a 1hr tapes turns into 87 clips!!! I know the thought is that by breaking the clips up it allows FCP to keep up with the GOP and keep sync…. but MAN this is a pain. Someone said to take out the clock batt. onthe camera… btu what if you are using the deck?

    Thoughts? Soulutions?

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
    Harry.

    Harry,

I may be wrong (there’s a 1s time for everything…), but I thought Apple did something about that in the latest FCP patch…

I’ll have to check… but I’m pretty sure I’m running the updated version.

    Thanks,
    Harry.
