    Hi Pushpa

You should get the information you need from my tutorial on unlinking tracks & j and l cuts in premiere pro. It shows how to select specific tracks.

    Hope this helps

If you hold down the alt key while selecting across a range of audio only then the video will not be selected too. This works vice versa too.

Think of Alt key as like a solo or individual only modifier to all the tools.

    Pushpanatha,

I noticed that you asked this same question on many different forums. The next time that you feel the need to cross-post your question in many different places, please be courteous and also post the answers that you receive back to all of those places. It’s a rude waste of other people’s time to have them answering your question on one forum when you’ve alreayd gotten an answer on another forum.

Andrew Devis, where would you find that tutorial you mention please? I’d also love to know how to delete multiple tracks at the same time

    Hi David

To delete tracks, right click on the track headers (video 1 / audio 1 etc) and choose from the menu there.

To delete multiple clips – audio only – hold the ALT key while dragging around just the audio portions of the clips and then hit delete.

    Hope this helps
