How to create vector animation like the ipod dancing ads?
Hi,
I’m new to Motion 3, just recently work on some basic editing.
Can anyone shed some light on how to create a vector like animation just like the ipod dancing ads?I have blue screen movie clips that has been applied with “Primatte RT” filter to edge out the background of a walking person.
My intention is to create a simple vector lookalike animation of a person walking.

So you just want the blue screen person to be a single color?

Off the top of my head I think this would be the easiest way:
Add a Levels filter In addition to the keyer you have already added to the blue screen clip. Crank the levels sliders around until the person is just white.
Place the Background gradient into the project under the blue screen layer.
Right click on the blue screen layer and choose Blend Mode, Stencil Luma.
