How to create this animation in AE
It is possible to create this 2D animation “stroke” in AE? Or the only close thing I can get is with trapcode particular?
I want to create and animate inside AE because the zoom of the AE camera must move at the same direction zoom:

You can certainly create that streak effect in AE. Particular is the best tool, but if you don’t have it you can still use CC Particle World. Here’s a tutorial that may help.
The camera shake can be created by using a simple wiggle effect like this.

ref#2 Envato – nothing too special here. I believe even no 3rd party plugins were involved here just shapes with glow adjustment and maybe created in 32bpc for realistic light
ref#3 Cartoon – these were all probably created by shape experts with patience and a lot of skill to get the perfect results. for example this: https://videohive.net/item/140-flash-fx-elements/11266469 was actually mostly made with Ae shapes, keyframes and such.
