    Hi!
I want to create speed in After Effects and no idea how to do it. That means i have a car which wiggles in front of my composition and i want to have an environment passing with speed arround the car. Sorry for my bad explanatoin, i hope you understand what i mean. Is there any Plugin, Effect or Tutorial which helps me to create such an effect? If it’s not clear what i mean, watch the Episodes -the brute- (0:49 minute) or -karate date- (1:04 minute) at https://itsjerrytime.com/

    Thanks a lot!
    Steffen

The first one, the hockey players zooming around in a circle just looks like AE 3D layers going in a circle with Motion Blur enable in the layers and comp.

Walker effects has a 2001: Stargate plugin that would make short work of the car driving with the houses zooming past:

You can make your own with AE 3D images of houses. You can see how to align the house images by watching Andrew’s tut:

Then move the walls toward and past you with z position keyframes and loop the comp they’re in (or precomp a looped version.
