How to create Glow Transition?

Yeah.. the too much too soon plugin is perfect for that. We have been using it on the norwegian version of bachelor and it looks beautiful.

I desperately need to find a series of glow transitions like ones used on so many shows on HD TV for FCP.

I only need a couple that glow, blow out and blur all. thanks
