Having a bit of trouble with an asset I am trying to create in final cut/motion.

We are doing some interviews via skype between in-studio and remote locations. I am trying to figure out how to make a template that will allow me the key-in or place two video sequences to mimic what you would see on TV with a host interviewing a subject via Skype.

For example, something like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=I1yT3xdRMLk#!

How is that possible to do?

Just rescale the boxes in what ever way you want it to look.
