How to create a warp spirale/swirl without a third-party plugin
Hi everyone, I am new here and I hope to find some help, first time to directly ask for advice with After Effects 🙂
I am making a short video for the company I work for, and the last part of the brief is difficult for me to bring to life. The briefing say that 10 of our products are swirling around into a warp spirale (I hope I am describing it well) and they all disappear into this warp swirl so that in the end “The new product” arises out of this swirl. So it’s like the ‘best of’ product, combining all those previous products from the past years.
And I am totally not sure how to make this swirl/warp/spirale, without third-party plugin, but also how to animate the 10 products to make them fly in circles into the center of the warp (although I could imagine to do this with a simple animated spirale path, just hoping that it might look somewhat good and realistic and not like a complete joke…)
Is there anyone here who has an easy solution / idea on how to create this as simple as possible? Or I am even open to new ideas instead of the warp spirale, most important is just that the products all “get mixed together” in order to have the new product come out of it…
