[Serge] “Of course, that’s why I did it;-)”
Hahahahaha,i had a good laugh 😉Serge,i’m wondering how do you calculate the texture/bump maps?
The bump_lg Blade has a dimension of 400×2466,why 2466 and not 2000 i.e.. -

[Julian06] “Serge,i’m wondering how do you calculate the texture/bump maps?”
Out of respect! You always have to respect the aspect ratio of your object. Click on the blade in the ai file you will see in the transform window that it is 96 x 597 in my original file it was first (96 x 598)so the correct apect ratio for a higher resolution map had to be (400 x 2466) or (648 x 3995) as a maximum resolution as Invigorator would not accept maps higher then 4000 pixels in width or height.
I explain this in more details in the upcomming Invigorator training DVD and more!
I hope this helps.
Salut.
