    hi everybody,

should be a simple issue, but cant find it.

1.) How can I create a freeze out of video footage.
2.) How to make shure that the freeze is not flickering between the lines (as i dont have a video monitor here i wouldn’t see if it does)?

    thx
    Gunnar

    A couple of ways.

    1) Composition>Save Frame As, will give you a still .psd of where you are on the timeline.

    2) Select the layer then Layer>Enable Time Remapping. Go to where you want the still, then click the “Add or Remove Keyframe at Current Time” box (below the eyeball), to get that little checkmark. Then go delete that last Time Remap keyframe.
