    How to create 3840×2048 video in AE?

    Hello.
    I am creating large resolution video 3840×2048 for display on 6 screens at the same time.
    I am having trouble rendering it to video file (avi) in after effects.
    Most of the formats don’t support that resolution. The file needs to play with VLC player

    The question is
    How to create 3840×2048 video in AE?

    Perhaps I should buy some codec or converter. I can export the video to MOV with no compression but the file is massive.
    Please let me know.

    I would render it out as an image sequence – assuming your player will take that format.
