  • How to connect/merge two layers

I have had one layer, which I accidentally splitted into 2, using command ctrl+shift+d (the layer was selected as well, I didn’t see that). I went further into animation and when I saw my error, I wanted to join these two layers together, but couldn’t find an option. How to do that, but just simply connect them together, like I would hit Ctrl+z

The original layer is still all there. Just drag out the end. Then you can delete the “split” version.

And if you did any extra attributes to the second layer e.g. keyframes, effects, etc… just copy and paste them to the final layer.
