how to clean up grainny video frame?
Hello,
I have a video that was shot with high gain and now I can see noise in blacks mostly but overall it is just more “milky” comparing to other video that I need to mix it up with.
My question is if I will export that video to Photoshop in any of the image formats is there a way to clean it up? Are there any plugins that can deal with noise from digital cameras set to high ASA?

Perhaps an easier solution would be to use After Effects and adjust contrast. That way the video stays unconverted or at least stays as video. You might also use degrain filters in AE to reduce grain.
You could save the video clips as image sequences and then use actions to run thru all the frames when you find a solution in Photoshop. Then reimport the image sequence and edit.
