    Hi guys,

I’m working on a project where I will be required to upload a commercial onto TV server.
It’s my first time doing it and I want to make sure I do it right as TV charges me evertime I’m uploading a file.

Here is a link to the spec:
    https://adflow.polsatmedia.pl/static/files/Technical_specification.pdf?v=20170301145814

I have few questions regarding these requirements

    1. Is it a standard for TV, that 30s ad will last 00:00:29:24. Also, do I need to add TC to the footage, If I upload via internet ?

    2. Also, how to check if my video is in Standard EBU-R103 ? And if the audio is in Standard EBU-R128?

    Thanks,
    Kuba
