How to Change a human Voice to a Parrot one?
Hi all,
I would need to change one human voice to a Parrot voice, of it, Does anybody know how to do it? Is there any AE plugin to make it?

Are you asking about changing the way the voice sounds or replacing the voice all together?
Either way, AE is not an audio editing tool. You can replace audio, but as far as effects or matching a voice over, Adobe Audition or a similar program can be used.
My advice- get a good voice over artist to record a track for you while watching the original footage.Tudor “Ted” Jelescu

On the other hand. Since I have one video with 2 parrots(very fanny), I would need to replacing the parrot voice for another human voice and add some parrot effect to this one.

The “parrot effects” part is where I get lost- you just need some parrot sounds or to add a entire track with a voice that sounds like a parrot? Either way, there’s no “parrot effect” that can be added to a regular voice track and make it sound like a parrot. Usually there’s actors that record that part and make it sound like a parrot.
