how to capture animation footage correctly?
I have some cartoon footage in DVC pro format. How can I capture and save these cartoon footages in 10fps ? (tried for 2 days, all of them are 30fps)

If they are on a tape they are 30fps so you would first capture them as such and the do the next step, if they are just files you can use compressor to export to the new codec and you can set the new frame rate.
