  How to blur only part of a video clip?

  I’m looking for information on how to do that “COPS” show style blur, where a face is blurred out and the blur is following the persons face as they get dragged to the police cruiser. Another example would be when a film has to blur out a company’s logo that appears in the shot due to legal reasons.

  Anyone know how to do that in PPro 2.0? I’ve always wanted to know this.
