    Hi guys,

Im trying to create the an action that does the following:

    – add a vertical guideline to the center of my layer/selection
    – add a horizontal guideline to the center of my layer/selection

Is there any way to do this? I know I can just select the layer, press transform and drag the guidelines to snap the centre.. but i would like to automate this with an action.

I know this can be done with the canvas (using add guideline and put it on 50%)..but i dont know how to do this on the layer level.

    thanks!
