How to animate these Effect easily?
Does anyone have a clue how the animation in the video postet below was made? I managed to copy the first part of the animation by using shapes an masks. It takes quite long but I think it is how it was made. If anyone knows a better, faster way of animating this, please tell me.
At 12 Seconds it starts to get more complicated. I don’t know how all the following animations were made. Is there a script for this?Thanks in advance,

Using the Repeater on shape layers is a good place to start.

Thank you for your suggestion. This works well with the animated squares and stripes. Do you also have an idea how to get waved animation from second 25 to 40?
