  How to add url link in CS4 animation banner

  I’ve just completed an animation banner ad in CS4 using animation, layers and saved as psd. When I go to save for web and devices, I don’t see anyplace where I can add url so when visitor clicks on banner ad, my website will open. Can anyone help?
