How to add effect to part of a clip.
I have a clip where I want to add the wiggler (earthquake effect) of the Diggieffect earthquake plugin to it..this needs to start several seconds into the clip during an explosion..no matter what I do it applies it to the whole clip. I outlined the work area and this had some effect but it only rendered the work area. Please advise and thank you.
