Somtimes I press space bar and it starts the part that is render in a loop other times stops in the point and other times i have to double press space to stop it. It’s really annoying.

    Am I missing something?

What, exact, version number of AE are you using? Some of the behavior you describe sounds like issues that were fixed in the more recent versions.

Yes, that would be the reason. ☺
Those problems were heard and addressed!
There are also a bunch of bugs in that version that have been fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend updating to the very latest version of CC 2017 (14.1.0). It is faster and better in every way from 13.5.0

Or, at the very least update CC 2015 to its latest version 13.7.x
