    Please help

I have a project that’s been edited by on computer with FCP7, which now I need to finish on my laptop which has only FCP6.

Is there a way that we can bring the project across from FCP7 to FCP6?

We have tried exporting the project as XML file (all versions of XML), but when we tried to open it with FCP6, whilst it says the project is open there is nothing on the screen.

Please, any suggestion are welcome as the editor who started the project is now going overseas and I urgently will need to finish the project.

Thanks you very much in advance.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for you reply, however, I’m not sure if I’ve done something wrong, but your post came only with your signature and no other information.

Could you post it again, please? I most sincerely appreciate your help.

    Thanks again for your time.

    Regards.

    He said read below

You asked a question that is asked often. In fact it was asked just a few treads before this one, hence the look below.

Always do a search for your question before asking. Why wait to be spoon fed an answer you could find in seconds and move on and keep working.
