How much does a Beginner Motion Grapher gets paid in germany?

To vague a question and even hard to answer with lots of specifics.
If they need to train you it may be an internship.

If you have even a few small clients of your own that may follow you it can be more because you’re less of a risk for them.

If you had Maya skills it might pay more than Cinema 4D.

If you had Flame skills it might pay more than AfterEffects.

If your demo reel impresses them (both in quality and clients served) and they feel you can already do the work to meet the client’s needs that would be a good starting position.

How flooded is Germany with AfterEffects artists that are beginners?
It may depend on which city and what clients the facility serves currently.

I work full time in Germany as a commercial producer, camera work, graphics, editing etc etc, for a TV station. With what little info you gave, i would say for a “Festanstellung” around 2500 euro brutto. And thats generous.
