how might I generate this effect from the Google i/o event
My client is asking me to generate something like this spot from Buck. Basically it’s just a lattice that slowly builds.
It looks like something i might do with atom array, but the tricky part is getting the lines to draw on. Can anyone suggest how I might do something like this? Perhaps something with the tracer?link to clip

Probably a combination of techniques, but the beginning certainly looks like Plexus in After Effects.

You can get something like that look with the X-Particles 2 plugin for Cinema by using the Trail object (like Tracer) in “All Points to All Points” mode, but I don’t know how you’d do it in Cinema without the plugin.
